The present invention relates to a biodegradable and elastic cardiovascular stent for drug delivery, capable of controlling the introduction of various bioactive groups and controlling the biodegradation period, and prepared using a polyester block copolymer. The polyester block copolymer of the present invention is not only biocompatible but also elastic, and has an adjustable in vivo half-life. Therefore, the present invention, when applied in vivo, can resolve problems of side effects and thrombus formation which are caused by the adhesion of protein to the surface of the block copolymer and local accumulation of hydrolysis products in the body. |
