In the present invention, disclosed is a method and system of performing automatic procedure of activating and deactivating server, and a device thereof. In particular, the system of performing automatic procedure of activating and deactivating server comprises: a database storing a standard shell configuring the automatic procedure of activating and deactivating server; and a management server which registers a plan of the automatic procedure of activating and deactivating server, and requests a performance of the automatic procedure of activating and deactivating server based on the plan of the automatic procedure of activating and deactivating server; and an automation server which distributes the standard shell configuring the automatic procedure of activating and deactivating server to a corresponding server such that the corresponding server performs the automatic procedure of activating and deactivating server, when the performance of the automatic procedure of activating and deactivating server is requested from the management server.
