摘要 The present invention relates to a new touch detecting means, a detecting method and a touch screen panel, and a display device embedded with the touch screen panel. The new touch detecting means detects a driving back phenomenon in a touch pad by using a driving voltage applied through a driving capacitor to detect a touch signal. According to the present invention, the touch detecting means is added on an upper surface of the display device and detects touch capacitance (Ct) generated by the access of a touch input means such as a physical finger (25) or an electric conductor similar to the same. The touch detecting means includes: the touch pad (10) forming the touch capacitance (Ct) in a gap between the touch input means and the touch pad; a driving capacitor (Cdrv) wherein one side thereof is connected to the touch pad (10) and the driving voltage for touch detection is applied to the other side thereof; a detection unit detecting a common voltage generated in the display device; a driving voltage generation unit synchronizing with the common voltage to generate the driving voltage; and a touch detection unit (14) connected to the touch pad (10) and detecting a touch signal by using the driving back phenomenon when the touch capacitance (Ct) is applied to the driving capacitor (Cdrv) based on whether or not the touch input means is touched.
