Abnormal exposure to light can cause symptoms such as Alzheimer′s disease (AD). Accordingly, an animal exposed to the same environment can be used as an animal model of AD. As a result, an animal model of AD can be manufactured based on symptoms of AD a light exposure-controlled group gets. An intestinal bacterium composition can influence a cognitive function and content of amyloid beta and pTAu protein of brain tissues. |
