The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mixed composition of Ecklonia cava-derived polyphenol and fucoidan with a single extraction process, which has excellent antioxidant, immunostimulatory, and anti-inflammatory effects. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: inserting hydrolase without an extra filtration step after extracting powdered Ecklonia cava with hot water; and filtering and concentrating the produced enzymatic hydrolysate.
