Disclosed is a water supply valve opening and closing device by a non-contact method. The water supply valve opening and closing device comprises: a power supply unit (400) supplying power; a sensing unit (100) including a sensor (111) radiating light and receiving the reflected light by being located on the periphery of a water supply valve, and sensing a reflection body such as a hand approaching the sensor (111); a micro-processor (200) driving a solenoid whenever the sensing unit (100) senses the reflection body such as the hand and outputting an opening and closing signal to control the water supply valve to an open/closed state; and a water supply valve operating unit (300) operating the water supply valve in the open/closed state by changing a flow direction of a current supplied from the power supply unit (400) to the solenoid by the control of the microprocessor (200). The water supply valve opening and closing device can open and close the water supply valve only by moving the hand to be close to the sensor located around the water supply valve without manually operating the water supply valve. |
