The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing grilled meat and squid jerky and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing grilled meat and squid jerky, which is jerky manufactured by mixing squid and one kind of meat selected from among beef, pork, and chicken; and of which the unique smells of meat and squid are removed and a taste of the combination of the meat and the squid and a soft and chewy texture are provided, while being beneficial for the human body if the grilled meat and squid jerky is eaten by anyone. The grilled meat and squid jerky contains taurine, thereby being able to be served as a snack for children and an accompaniment to a drink. |
