The present invention relates to a frozen dessert composition comprising a jasmine extract as an active ingredient, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the frozen dessert composition comprises: a jasmine extract manufacturing process; a mixed composition manufacturing and stirring process; a mixed composition homogenizing and sterilizing process; an aging, freezing, and weighing process; and a filling and refrigerating process. According to the present invention, a beneficial ingredient of jasmine can be ingested by adding the jasmine extract to ice cream. |
