The objective of the invention lies in providing a potential therapeutic instrument which cannot cause discharge or vibration even if a patient touches a touch panel, and is provided with a liquid crystal display device which is provided with the touch panel. The instrument is provided with the liquid crystal display device (5) which is arranged in a non-grounded manner and provided with the touch panel (6). Moreover, an insulating transformer (7) maintains the electrical insulation between a power circuit (1) and the liquid crystal display device (5), and between a high-voltage generation circuit and the liquid crystal display device (5), and supplies power to the liquid crystal display device (5). Therefore, the instrument can be provided with the liquid crystal display device (5) which cannot cause discharge or vibration even if the patient touches the touch panel (6). |
