摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device, and a signal processing method and a program of the ultrasonic inspection device capable of calculating an optimum sound velocity value at an appropriate timing while preventing an increase in an arithmetic load, and acquiring a high-quality image even when an observation position is changed by moving an ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic inspection device includes: an image analysis unit for calculating an amount of image variations between a plurality of ultrasonic image data generated at different timings; a sound velocity determination unit for determining an optimum sound velocity value and updating the optimum sound velocity value; and an update necessity determination unit for determining that the update of the optimum sound velocity value by the sound velocity determination unit should be performed when the amount of image variations calculated by the image analysis unit is smaller than a predetermined threshold.
