<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw of a deflector type equipped with a deflector for the ball screw hard to cause chips due to wear and metal fatigue in the tip portion and a deflector for this ball screw. <P>SOLUTION: Elastic portions 14a and 14b consisting of elastic members are interposed between the tip portion 12a and a center portion 13 and between the tip portion 12b and the center portion 13, respectively, while making the tip portions 12a and 12b and the center portion 13 of the deflector for the ball screws made of metal. Moreover, convex portions 15a and 15b and concave portions are engaged by setting up the convex portions 15a and 15b of which the sides of the tip portions are thick and the side of a root is thin in both the ends of the elastic potions 14a and 14b, respectively, and by forming concave portions in the corresponding parts to the tip portions 12a and 12b and the convex portions 15a and 15b in the center portion 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
