The present invention refers to a capsule (1) presenting at least a first construction element (2) configured in a container-like form, and a second construction element (3) configured in a lid-like form, provided to contain a dose (4) of at least one edible substance, whereby said second construction element (3) presents at least one engagement groove (8) adapted for additional blocking engagement of the capsule (1), as well as for reinforced structural resistance thereof in view of the pressure solicitations inside a respective extraction device (5). The present invention further refers to a system for preparing beverages including at least one capsule, at least one beverage preparation machine (10) comprising at least one extraction device (5) presenting fixation elements (9) adapted for blocking engagement with said engagement groove (8), and to a process of operation of said system for preparing beverages. |
