An adsorption mat and a rotary cutter device using the same are provided. The adsorption mat comprises: a single or a plurality of cutter grooves storing a cutter cutting a flexible material at a predetermined width; and a mat unit where foreign substances of the cut flexible material are attached. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the adsorption mat, removing the foreign substances generated when the flexible material is cut.
