The present invention relates to a device for preventing compartments of a vehicle from being overheated and frozen, including: a pipe connected to a hole formed in a floor unit to be connected to an indoor space of the vehicle, wherein hot or cold air flows through the hole; a sucking unit mounted in the pipe, sucking the hot or cold air inside the vehicle, and allowing the sucked air to flow; a cold air pipe guiding the cold air sucked by the sucking unit to the overheated compartment and including a first injection nozzle injecting the cold air; a hot air pipe guiding the hot air sucked by the sucking unit to an air tank, a compressor, or a brake air line and including a second injection nozzle injecting the hot air; a throttle valve providing a passage wherein the air sucked by the sucking unit flows to the cold air pipe or the hot air pipe; a contactless temperature sensor sensing temperatures of a brake drum, a coupling drum, the air tank, the compressor, and the brake air line; a first wireless communications unit outputting the temperature data measured by the contactless temperature sensor through radio frequency (RF) communications or wireless communications; a tire air pressure sensor measuring an air pressure of a tire; an air flow control plate installed in the hole and opened by a suction wind pressure due to the operation of the sucking unit; and a control unit controlling the operation of the sucking unit and the throttle valve in accordance with the temperature measured by the contactless temperature sensor and the air pressure measured by the air pressure sensor. |
