Disclosed is an electrode-adhesive layer composite comprising an electrode and an adhesive layer consisting of porous webs formed by binder polymer fibers on at least one side of the electrode, wherein the porous webs are formed by discharging a binder polymer solution where the binder polymer is dissolved in a solvent through a spray nozzle in which high voltage is applied in an electrospinning device. The binder polymer is at least one of a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) based polymer or an acrylic polymer.
