TENSION MAINTENANCE SYSTEM FOR GIRDER MOLD APPARATUS

Disclosed is a tension maintenance system of a cast unit for molding a girder. The tension maintenance system of a cast unit for molding a girder of the present invention is characterized in that thrust heads are installed on a concrete base to correspond with each other at a regular interval; reaction beds are installed between the thrust heads to correspond with each other at a regular interval; a cast is installed between the reaction beds to cure a girder; and tension applied to a wire is stably maintained until molding of the girder is completed in a state that the wire is in a tight tension state by a tension adjusting cylinder installed on one side of the reaction beds to apply a camber, which corresponds to a design value of the girder, to the wire after the wire is fixed to the thrust heads that pass by way of the cast so as to apply the camber corresponding to the design value of the girder. In addition, the tension maintenance system comprises: position determination parts arranged on each of one side where the thrust heads face the reaction beds to correspond with each other; and a tension maintenance part which is installed on the concrete base to be disposed between the position determination parts, and with which the position determination parts of the thrust heads closely contact to constantly maintain tension of the wire until the molding of the girder is completed in a state of closely contacting with the position determination parts of the reaction beds.
