The present invention relates to a cryopreservation method for a spermatogonial stem cell by using hypotaurine. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cryopreservation method for a spermatogonial stem cell, in which a spermatogonial stem cell is frozen by a freezing and storing liquid including hypotaurine; and a composition for freezing and storing a spermatogonial stem cell, wherein the composition includes hypotaurine. According to the method of the present invention, a spermatogonial stem cell having excellent proliferation power and mitochondria activity even after freezing and storing may be provided, so the spermatogonial stem cell may be effectively frozen and stored. |
