A test apparatus of cathodic protection for an offshore structure, according to the present invention, comprises: a frame; and one or more from an external power type cathodic protection module and a sacrificial anode type cathodic protection module which are formed in the frame. Thus, the present invention remarkably improves the reliability of a test compared with a virtual test by actually realizing at least a part of an offshore structure.
