Disclosed are a graphene layer, a fabrication method thereof, an element comprising the graphene layer, and a manufacturing method thereof. The fabrication method of a graphene layer may comprise the steps of: forming a first graphene at a first temperature using a first source gas; and forming a second graphene at a second temperature using a second source gas. One of the first and second graphene may be p-type graphene, and the other may be n-type graphene. The first source gas and the second source gas can be same, while the first temperature and the second temperature may be different from each other. The first source gas and the second source gas may be different from each other. |
