PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front structure which is enabled to improve pedestrian protection performance without impairing the degree of freedom in the designing of a front bumper.SOLUTION: A vehicle body front structure 150 includes: a front bumper 100 installed in a front end of a vehicle body; and an absorber 140 which is disposed at a vehicle rear side of the front bumper and absorbs shock from a vehicle front side. The front bumper includes: an opening 106 which is formed in the vicinity of the center in a vehicle width direction; and a protruding section 110 which protrudes from an edge 112 of the opening towards the center in the vehicle width direction, at the vehicle front side of the absorber. |
