The surgical saw blade (18) has a row of teeth (56) and a coupling device for movable coupling or connecting the saw blade with a surgical drive unit (12). The saw blade has two blade units (42,44). The former blade unit has a row of teeth and the latter blade unit has a coupling device and the blade units are hinged together. An independent claim is included for surgical saw with a surgical-electric drive unit.
