The fitting has a probe (4) provided in a dip tube (10), where one end of the probe comprises a probe head (6). The probe head is arranged in a service position within a process chamber (3) that is formed in a housing (2). The dip tube is divided into upper, middle and lower regions (11-13), where the upper region is turned away to a container (1) i.e. vessel. The middle region is provided at a sealing system (20). The sealing system is designed such that an exchange of medium (5) or contaminations of a drive (9) takes place in any position of the dip tube at the process chamber.
