A manufacturing method of an offshore structure is disclosed. The manufacturing method of an offshore structure comprising legs relatively lifted with respect to a hull, penetrating in a vertical direction, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a step of manufacturing a hull; a step of manufacturing legs; a step of launching the hull; a step of locating the legs underwater; and a step of lifting up the legs and coupling the legs to the hull. Thus, the present invention improves the efficiency of a work by minimizing the usage count of cranes.
