REGULATOR FOR COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS VEHICLE

The present invention relates to a regulator for a CNG vehicle. More specifically, the regulator for the CNG vehicle of the present invention includes: a main body (100) wherein a gas inlet (101) is formed; a solenoid (112) which is formed in a vertical direction to the gas inlet (101) to control a gas flowing into an internal path formed in the main body at an inner part of the gas inlet (101); a first decompressing part (120) to decompress the gas inputted by opening of the solenoid (112) in a first housing (121) formed on another side of the main body first; a second decompressing part (140) which is combined to a second housing (141) formed in connection with the first decompressing part (120) so that the gas flowing in from the first decompressing part (120) is additionally decompressed in accordance with a diaphragm (142); and a gas outlet (130) which is comprised on another side of the main body so that the gas decompressed in the second decompressing part (140) is discharged in an actual usage pressure. A cooling water inlet (103) into which an engine cooling water flows is formed at one side of the gas inlet (101). A cooling water outlet (105) is configured to be connected to the cooling water inlet (103) at another side of the gas inlet (101), so that the cooling water is discharged by circulating around the internal path at the side of the gas inlet. A temperature sensor (170) and a pressure sensor (180) are comprised on another side of the main body (100). The temperature sensor (170) measures temperature of the cooling water flowing in through the cooling water inlet (103), and the pressure sensor (180) measures gas pressure flowing in through the gas inlet (101). The regulator of the present invention improves assembly and productivity by integrating main components with the main body.
