The emulsified oil purification apparatus of the present invention purifies emulsified oil from mixed water including soil contaminated by emulsified oil, comprising: a tank storing the mixed water; and a stirring unit providing a rotating force to the mixed water in the tank and coalescing emulsified oil in the mixed water to an inner side wall of the tank.
