The present invention relates to a portable bench press machine which uses elastic bodies facilitating strength-training exercises for various muscles of a body in a lying or sitting position by using elastic bodies such as a spring and the like and is formed to be foldable so as to facilitate being carried and moving like a bag. The present invention comprises a bench part on which a user lies on his/her back, supporting legs, elastic bodies, wires equipped with a handle, a wire transferring means smoothening transfer of the wires, etc. The bench part has hinge coupling units in the center and a frame of a fixed size in the corners of the bottom so as to prepare a storage space inside the frame and the supporting legs are coupled to the lower portion of the bench part and formed into the size to be placed inside the storage space when the user folds the supporting legs, thereby facilitating being carried and moving. |
