Disclosed are a forming apparatus of glass having a curved surface, and a forming method thereof. The forming apparatus of glass of the present invention comprises: a transfer device for transferring materials; a preheating unit configured to preheat the materials supplied by the transfer device; a curved surface forming unit for transforming the materials to have a curved surface shape; and a cooling unit for cooling the materials having the curved surface shape which is transformed by the curved surface forming unit. The curved surface forming unit includes: a moving mold formed with a plurality of curved surface forming cores having a preheated material mounted therein, and configured to be moved; a first mold disposed to face the moving mold; a plurality of cavities formed between the moving mold and the first mold; and a pneumatic device for allowing the materials to be adsorbed to the curved surface forming cores by generating a vacuum pressure in the cavities. The forming apparatus of glass and the forming method thereof of the present invention enable working time to be reduced and productivity to be improved by forming glass with using gravity and adsorption.
