摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate a rotation range of arms, and to prevent the breakage of a robot itself and tools. <P>SOLUTION: The horizontal articulated robot includes: a first projection part 32 which is formed in a first arm 30, and regulates the rotation range of a second arm 40; and a second projection part 42 which is formed in a second arm 40, and can abut on the first projection part 32; and a first screw hole 35a and a second screw hole 35b formed in the first arm 30, and formed on a moving trajectory of the second projection part 42 in a plan view at a position separate from the first projection part 32.
