COVERAGE AUTOMATIC REGULATION METHOD THAT USE ANTENNA BUILT-IN TYPE WAVE BASE STATION DEVICE

Disclosed are an antenna built-in type wireless access in vehicular environment (WAVE) road side unit (RSU) device and an automatic coverage regulation method using the same. The antenna built-in type WAVE RSU device includes: a body; an antenna; and an RSU. The antenna built-in type RSU is mounted on an upper end of a multi pole. Accordingly, a phase of the antenna is automatically regulated through automatic cooperation between the RSUs without measurement of a bit error rate (BER) by using a WAVE traffic information terminal, thereby a wireless network coverage between the RSUs is managed effectively and automatically. When maintenance and a wireless network adjustment are required, information regarding a tilt angle of the antenna is checked through a network to remotely adjust the tilt angle while improving convenience and effectiveness, and power loss due to cable connection of the RSU and the antenna is minimized.
