The present invention relates to a wind speed reducing device using a dustproof net, comprising: a strut part, wherein a pair of front struts and a pair of rear struts are stood; a first net part which is installed on upper and lower sides with a slope at intervals, and includes dustproof nets comprising mesh with a predetermined size; and a second net part which is additionally installed on upper and lower sides with a slope between the first net part, and includes dustproof nets comprising mesh with a size different from that of the first net part. According to the present invention, therefore, since the net parts with different mesh sizes are installed between the front struts and the rear struts of the strut part, wind speed can be reduced by generating turbulence from a downstream region of the strut part, and simultaneous generation of scattering dust can be reduced.
