The present invention relates to a system for monitoring an electric vehicle and a method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a system and a method for authenticating a battery of an electric vehicle using a battery swapping station which performs charging on authenticated genuine products, after it is authenticated whether batteries to be charged are genuine products when the batteries to be charged are connected in the battery swapping station for charging the battery of the electric vehicle. The system comprises at least one battery swapping part; and a battery authentication server part. |
