The present invention relates to a transparent and stretchable interactive human-machine interface system. More specifically, the transparent and stretchable interactive human-machine interface system comprises: a transparent and stretchable motion sensor attached to skin of a subject; a data processing unit to receive a signal about a motion of the subject obtained from the motion sensor, and transfer the signal to a machine which will perform the signal; and a transparent and stretchable electrical stimulator which receives a signal about information detected by the machine to apply stimulation to the subject, and is attached to the skin of the subject.
