The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an organosilane aqueous solution that can resist clouding and gelifying over several months, i.e., an organosilane aqueous solution that has exceptional long-term preservation stability in a normal storage temperature environment; and a method for preserving this solution. The organosilane aqueous solution contains a compound represented by general formula (1), at least one acid selected from the group consisting of lactic acid and acetic acid, and ethanol. General formula (1): (In the formula, n is an integer of 1 to 10, R1 is a C10-C30 alkyl group, R2 and R3 are each independently C1-C6 alkyl groups, and X- is a halogen ion.) |
