A method to control network connection of a communication terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of measuring and collecting congestion information of a WiFi cell; a step of checking whether an analyzed result of the collected congestion information exceeds a predetermined reference congestion level; a step of determining at least one communication terminal among the communication terminals as a mobile hot-spot carrier based on individual network quality information of the communication terminals existing in the WiFi cell if the analyzed result is determined to exceed the predetermined reference congestion level; and a step of providing a hot-spot service using the determined mobile hot-spot carrier. |
