摘要 The present invention relates to a vehicle control device against a speed bump and a controlling method thereof, and more specifically, to a vehicle control device against a speed bump, which controls vehicle speed and height to minimize impact of a vehicle that passes a speed bump, and a controlling method thereof. The vehicle control device against a speed bump in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first vehicle which measures a position of a speed bump and a vehicle shaking sensing value by the speed bump, and transmits the position and the vehicle shaking sensing value to a second vehicle; and the second vehicle which calculates a speed bump safe speed when passing the speed bump by utilizing the position of the speed bump and the vehicle shaking sensing value which are received from the first vehicle, and controls to have the speed bump safe speed before entering the position of the speed bump. In regards to this, the first vehicle includes: a vehicle shaking measuring sensor which outputs a vehicle shaking sensing value by detecting shaking of the first vehicle; a GPS calculating module which calculates a GPS position coordinate of the first vehicle in real time; a first module for communication between the vehicles which supports communication between the vehicles; a first control part which determines a GPS position coordinate where a vehicle shaking sensing value is bigger than a preset critical sensing value as a position of the speed bump, and transmits the position of the speed bump and the vehicle shaking sensing value to the second vehicle.
