<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure which protects an inverter circuit from overheating caused by heat input from the exterior and achieves space saving and excellent maintainability thereby realizing the downsizing of an inverter. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter device according to this invention includes a connection member connecting an inverter circuit with a heating unit. An attachment/detachment terminal detachably connecting the connection member with the inverter circuit is formed so as to have heat resistance higher than heat resistance of the connection member.
