Disclosed is a semiconductor device for preventing a DC current path between differential signals. The semiconductor device includes a first input part which buffers a first signal among differential input signals, a second input part which buffers a second signal among the differential input signals, and a latch which is connected between a first repeating node of the first input part and the second repeating nod of the second input part and prevents the duty change of the first and the second signals. Also, the semiconductor device includes a latch controller which selectively switches the operation of the latch based on the state of the first and the second signals which represent the first and the second repeating nodes, in a time range before the preamble of the differential input signals is received. So, the flow of the DC current between the differential signals can be prevented. |
