The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which can sense the threshold voltage of a transistor except a body effect component. An organic light emitting display device according to the present invention generates a first sensing data by sensing a signal flowing through a driving transistor, senses a second sensing data by sensing at least two times a signal flowing through a sensing transistor which includes a body terminal connected to the source terminal of the driving transistor, and generates pixel data to which a first and a second correction value are applied based on the first and the second sensing data. |
