<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking state cancel maintaining mechanism of a lock of a next generation type. <P>SOLUTION: When a control lever 23 moves up interlocking with a dead cam 21 as the dead cam 21 operates rotating in a direction of unlocking, a handle lock member 13 rotates through a first engagement part 13b in a direction in which a handle cam member 3 is unlocked. A locking state cancel maintaining piece 31, on the other hand, has its support projection 33 pressed by an engagement projection 26 which is displaced in position upward to be displaced in position against spring force of a return spring 36, and is returned with the spring force of the return spring 36 at the moment the engagement projection 26 moves beyond the support projection 33. Then the engagement projection 26 is temporarily supported by the support projection 33, and the cancel of a locking state of the handle lock member 13 is thereby maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
