<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet sucking device, which is excellent in absorbability even with a thin sheet and besides is low-cost and is high in rigidity, and a sheet laminating device. <P>SOLUTION: This device has a layered product where at least the first plate 21, in which a sucking face 13 that comes in contact with a target sheet 16 to be sucked is formed to keep a plurality of sucking through holes 21h created in the sucking face 13, the second plate 22 with connecting grooves 24 created for connecting at least some sucking through holes 21h with one another, and the third plate 23, in which a concentrated passage 25, which is connected with the connecting grooves 24 to transmit the sucking force to the connecting grooves 24, are stacked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
