The present invention relates to a slag recharging device capable of recycling alloy elements of a slag, and a slag recharging system. The slag recharging device comprises: a body having an accommodation space formed inside, an inlet formed on a bottom coming in contact with the slag, and an outlet formed on an upper part; a suction opening and closing unit including a suction gate opening and closing the inlet by being connected to the bottom of the body to slide by a suction gate driving unit; a discharge opening and closing unit connected to the body to slide by a discharge gate driving unit to pass the outlet, and having a discharge gate opening and closing the outlet; and a suction unit including a suction pipe installed in the accommodation space by passing through the body on the outside, and a pump providing a suction force to suck the slag in the accommodation space by being connected to the suction pipe. |
