Provided is a method for managing incoming and outgoing of necessary materials in a ship. For this, the present invention receives a characteristic value of a material in which an RFID is attached through sensing equipment installed in a material storage of the ship, stores the characteristic value, records the characteristic value in incoming and outgoing in real time, and provides a function to search corresponding information to read the corresponding information in a remote site in case of necessity. In addition, disclosed is a system providing a method to encrypt and decrypt data to confirm whether the data stored in the material storage is different from real information. The method, in issuing a characteristic identification number of a material loaded on the ship and storing the characteristic identification number in an RFID, comprises the steps of issuing a characteristic value in consideration of the kind and the quantity of materials; storing and transmitting corresponding information to the RFID attached to each material; and storing a hash value with the corresponding information to verify that the corresponding information is not forged and falsified. |
