摘要 The present invention relates to a method to predict fatigue life of a rubber bush which uses a fatigue life equation using tear test data to simply perform reliable life prediction of a rubber bush. The method to predict fatigue life of a rubber bush comprises: a step where a control unit acquires data required for fatigue life prediction of a rubber bush by tests; a step where the control unit uses the results of the tests to perform finite element (FE) modeling; a step where the control unit analyzes deformation based on the FE modeling results and tear test data measured by a crack growth test among the tests, and calculates tear energy based on data in accordance with deformation analysis results; a step where the control unit determines a deformation mode based on the tear energy; a step where the control unit corrects the tear energy in the deformation mode; and a step where the control unit collects the tear energy corrected in the deformation mode to calculate the fatigue life of the rubber bush.
