MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR TOTAL MIXED RATION FEED OF PIGS AND METHOD OF THEREOF

Disclosed are a manufacturing system for total mixed ration (TMR) feed of pigs and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing system comprises: a coarse feed making apparatus making coarse feed by integrally performing dismantlement, chopping, and softening of a circular bail silage; a TMR mixing apparatus making the TMR feed by agitating and mixing the coarse feed supplied from the coarse feed making apparatus and formula feed at a mixing ratio different from a kind of pigs; and a feed processing apparatus making fermented TMR feed by fermenting the TMR feed made from the TMR mixing apparatus in a compressed and sealed type, or making a pellet shape of pellet feed. The manufacturing system can be selected and formed depending on a farm scale and type of pigs, and by replacing the existing formula feed with the TMR feed for pig, an economical effect of a pig farmer is maximized due to saving of feed costs and a production increase of piglets of sows.
