Disclosed are a body unit and a heat exchanger having the same. The present invention provides the heat exchanger wherein the body unit comprises: a heat exchange medium; a forming unit guiding a thermal fluid to flow around the heat exchange medium; and a first guide and a second guide reducing a rear area in a thermal fluid passing portion wherein the forming unit passes through the heat exchange medium compared to an entrance portion. Moreover, the body unit further comprises an air pocket which has the forming unit, or is formed in the whole or one portion of the first guide and the second guide. Therefore, heat exchange efficiency with respect to the heat exchange medium can be improved, and heat can be transmitted to the heat exchange medium without heat loss. In addition, the heat exchanger autonomously restricts a surface temperature to rise through an air layer. |
