The present invention relates to a cooling device for a heating element. The cooling device includes: upper and lower panels formed as a pair of panels to form an inner space; a grid structure installed in the inner space; a wick member installed on both sides of the structure; and an operating fluid charged in the inner space. The grid structure is a stainless net, and the wick member is a stainless mesh. According to the formation, the present invention is capable of improving the efficiency and durability of the product as well as reducing costs for manufacture and maintenance with its simple formation since a necessary cooling device is prepared for calories of various electric components with heating elements as a cooling device with a simple structure is provided in various forms. |
