摘要 The present invention relates to: a method for modulating environmental stress tolerance in a plant comprising a step of transforming a plant cell with a recombinant vector including a gene encoding a protein of Oryza sativa Gamma-ray induced RING finger protein 1 (OsGIRP1) derived from Oryza sativa to modulate the expression of an OsGIRL1 gene; a method for preparing a transformed plant having modulated environmental stress tolerance comprising a step of transforming a plant cell with a recombinant vector including a gene encoding the OsGIRP1 protein derived from Oryza sativa to modulate the expression of the OsGIRP1 gene; a transformed plant having modulated environmental stress tolerance prepared by the method, and a seed thereof; and a composition for modulating environmental stress tolerance in a plant including a gene encoding the OsGIRP1 protein which is derived from Oryza sativa and represented by the amino acid of SEQ ID NO: 2.
