The present invention relates to a medical automatic clip applier, and more specifically, to a medical automatic clip applier for preventing the separation of a clip in a surgical operation. The automatic clip applier comprises: a case (111) capable of accommodating clips (C) therein; a moving unit for moving the clips (C) accommodated in the case (111); a guide tube (121) in which the clips (C) moved from the case (111) are disposed; and an auxiliary unit (122) to which the clips (C) disposed in the guide tube (121) are transferred one at a time, wherein clips (C) accommodated in the case (111) are moved to the guide tube (121) by the moving unit, and then the clips are transferred one at a time from the guide tube (121) to the auxiliary unit (122). |
