The invention provides an injection molding machine capable of obtaining detailed information of a cylinder. The injection molding machine (10) comprises the cylinder (11), heating sources (H1-H4), and a presumption part (63), wherein a molding material is supplied to the cylinder (11); the heating sources (H1-H4) heat the cylinder (11); and by using a heat transmission model based on a heat conduction equation of the cylinder (11), a heat conduction equation of the material in the cylinder (11), and an equation indicating in-flowing and out-flowing of heat of the heating resources (H1-H4), the presumption part (63) is capable of making a presumption of the temperature of the cylinder (11) at any position. The presumption part (63) inputs the output of the heating sources (H1-H4) at a preset time point into the heat transmission model and thus makes a presumption of the temperature of the cylinder (11) at any position at the preset time point. |
