PURPOSE:To clean the inside of an injection port and to improve analytic accuracy by employing a sampling needle of double constitution and sealing the injection port with the outer peripheral part of an external needle. CONSTITUTION:The sampling needle 1 is a double needle formed by sheathing an internal needle 11 with the external needle 12 which is a little bit larger in diameter, and conduits 2 and 3 are coupled with the needles respectively. When a sample in a sample bottle is taken out, it is taken out to a syringe by utilizing the needle 1. In this case, the external needle 12 is shorter than the internal needle 11, so the external needle 12 never touches the sample and does not come into contact with the sample. Further, when the sample is injected into the injection port 9, the sample is sucked in the syringe through the internal needle 11 of the needle 1 and injected from the internal needle 11. At this time, the port 9 seals the outside of the external needle 12, which does not come into contact with the sample, so a needle seal 93 is never contaminated with the sample. Further, when the needle 1 is cleaned, cleaning liquid is sucked in the syringe and a specific valve is opened to a proper shunt ratio, thereby cleaning both the needles 11 and 12. |
